Experience Your Bestness With Us

Ness360 embraces talk and action. With each client, we start with your story. We get to know you and your strengths, challenges, current supports, and goals. Throughout the therapy process, we’ll work together as partners to develop and refine a custom set of tools and strategies to help you reach the “-ness” you strive for.

Our Story

At Ness360 Psychology we believe in the invaluable power of having someone in your corner. We understand that while mental health plays such a critical role in all of our lives, the skills and strategies to navigate social-emotional difficulties and stressors are rarely formally taught.  We know that all too often people feel at a loss as to best ways to help themselves (or others) when they are struggling, which only further compounds difficulties with feelings of overwhelm, helplessness, hopelessness and loneliness.

Ness360 Psychology was founded with a mission to help people understand and navigate their challenges more confidently and effectively, reducing these feelings of overwhelm and loneliness and increasing hope. We combine support, understanding and customized clinical tools/strategies to help people to reach their best “ness” and to thrive at every stage of life.

We Are Here For You

Ness360 Psychology is a private practice located on the North Shore of Long Island.

We treat children, adolescents, and adults in individual, and couples therapy—both in person and virtually.

In addition to therapeutic services, we also provide group trainings and skills based workshops to corporations, camps, schools, and small groups to help individuals and organizations thrive.

  • Collaborative Approach

At Ness360, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We partner with you to understand you and your unique needs and tailor your treatment accordingly.

  • CBT Lens

We work from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) informed perspective—identifying ways that your thoughts impact your feelings and behaviors. We focus on ways to think about and respond to situations differently and ways to cope more effectively. Depending on your unique goals, we teach you tools and skills such as communication skills, social skills, emotion regulation skills, decision-making skills, executive functioning skills, to help you thrive in multiple roles in your life.

  • Building & Refining

As you put your CBT skills into action, we'll check in to see what's working and what isn't to further refine your toolset.

Why CBT

We all can have unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors at times — anxious thoughts that loop, getting disproportionately upset when we wish to remain calm, or procrastinating when life's challenges loom. However, if these patterns and behaviors are more pervasive they can begin to impact and interfere with your life—at school, work, family, relationships.

Cognitive behavioral therapy is an evidence-based approach that focuses on ways to identify and reframe thoughts and reactions to improve our emotional well-being for calmer lives, happier families, and better outcomes.
