AREAS OF FOCUS

Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Emotional/Behavioral Challenges

I’m a licensed psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, adults, and parents.  I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and sharing what’s on their minds.

I support individuals and their families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals and families and strive to provide an affirming, inclusive environment where people feel seen, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in practical, effective skills.  I focus on helping clients understand why certain patterns show up while also learning concrete tools they can use in real-life moments. There is no one-size-fits-all path to change, so I tailor my work to each client’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

When working with children and adolescents, I partner closely with parents and caregivers recognizing how important family support is in the therapeutic process. Further, I often collaborate with schools and outside providers to help the work we do in therapy carry more seamlessly into home, school, and everyday life.

Above all, I help clients build emotional awareness, confidence, and coping skills so they can feel more grounded, connected, and effective in their daily lives. I bring a sense of warmth and cheerfulness into my work and believe that moments of lightness, encouragement, and humor can play an important role in helping clients feel hopeful, engaged, and supported.
