Pam Gawley LMSW, brings years of experience working with children and parents to NESS360. She worked with Parent Child + for over six years, helping to ensure that all children have equal opportunities to succeed in school. She led both parent and child classes and workshops, with her greatest passion rooted in home visits - working one-on-one with families to guide, advocate, and provide the tools and support they needed to connect, develop, and thrive.

Through this work, Pam developed a deep understanding of family dynamics, early development, and the real-life challenges parents face, which continues to inform her therapeutic approach today.

Pam is passionate about building resilience in children, parents, and families through education, communication, and support. She integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT-informed strategies, play-based interventions, and exposure-based skills, thoughtfully tailoring her work to meet each child and family’s unique needs. Ultimately, she listens deeply with warmth and compassion, building trust and creating a safe, supportive environment for healing and growth.

Pam also founded The Interfaith Community of Long Island, a nonprofit created to support dual-faith families in building community, engaging in worship, and educating children in both faith traditions. She is the proud mother of three grown children.

Pam received her MSW from Fordham, Graduate School of Social Service.
