Effectiveness

Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Professional Burnout, & Life Transitions Among Working Women

I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle the pressures of career, parenting, and relationships. For nearly two decades, I navigated the corporate world as a top performer while also showing up as a parent, a supportive partner, and a daughter to aging parents. Despite all my efforts, I often felt alone, burned out, and unfulfilled. My search for the right kind of support led me to therapy—not just as a client, but ultimately as a calling.

As a therapist, I bring perspective and empathy to my work. I’m passionate about supporting ambitious women who want to strengthen their sense of identity, manage stress, and navigate life transitions with resilience and balance. My lived experience allows me to meet working women where they are and tailor therapy to their unique challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I draw on evidence-based modalities such as DBT, CBT, and mindfulness to help you navigate the complexities of your life. Together, we’ll build practical coping strategies and long-term skills so you feel confident, grounded, and empowered well beyond therapy.
