Effectiveness
Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Professional Burnout, & Life Transitions
From the outside, it may look like you're managing it all.
You meet deadlines, care for your family, support the people around you, and keep moving forward even when you're feeling overwhelmed. Yet internally, you may be struggling with anxiety, overthinking, burnout, self-doubt, or the sense that no matter how much you accomplish, it never feels enough.
I work with adults who are capable, driven, and successful in many areas of their lives but find themselves feeling stuck, exhausted, or disconnected from the person they want to be. Many of my clients are professionals, parents, caregivers, and individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, cultural expectations, or the ongoing pressure of balancing competing responsibilities.
My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and culturally aware. I draw from evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the SPACE model for parents. Together, we will work to understand the patterns that may be contributing to your struggles while building concrete skills and strategies to help you feel more confident, balanced, and in control of your life.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly two decades in the corporate world while also navigating the realities of parenting and family life. This experience gives me a unique understanding of the pressures many adults face-balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities, caregiving roles, and the expectation that they should somehow manage it all with ease. Clients often tell me they appreciate working with someone who understands both the practical realities of their daily lives and the emotional challenges that can develop beneath the surface.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, burnout, a major life transition, parenting stress, relationship concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, therapy can help. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.
You do not have to carry everything alone.
