AREAS OF FOCUS

Anxiety, Depression, Emotional Regulation, Professional Burnout, & Life Transitions

I work with ambitious, high-achieving adults who are overwhelmed by the demands of career, parenting, relationships, and identity. As a NYC therapist with almost two decades of experience in high-pressure corporate environments, I understand the unique stress, anxiety, and burnout that professionals face. Before becoming a therapist, I advanced from analyst to a global leadership role, delivering multi-million-dollar revenues, shaping industry-leading insights, and presenting internationally.

My personal journey through burnout, depression, motherhood, and cultural expectations taught me how easy it is to lose yourself while trying to hold everything together. It also showed me how frustrating it can feel to be offered advice that doesn’t fit your reality, like “just breathe” or “find work life balance.” High-achieving people often need something different: a therapist who understands ambition, identity, and the pressure to keep performing.

As an integrative therapist in Manhattan and Port Washington, I combine clinical training with lived experience to help clients slow down internally, even if life around them doesn’t. I use evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the SPACE model for parents, and more. My approach is warm, direct, culturally aware, and action-oriented. I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I help you understand yourself deeply, reconnect with the parts of you you’ve sidelined, and build a life that feels aligned and sustainable.

If you're looking for a culturally sensitive therapist in NYC who understands the realities of corporate pressure, perfectionism, identity stress, and high-functioning anxiety, I’m here to support you.
