Mental Fitness for Athletes
Mental fitness is the practice of building the emotional, cognitive, and social skills needed to perform, cope, connect, and grow, both in and outside of the moments that challenge us. Just like physical training strengthens the body, mental fitness helps strengthen the mind and nervous system so individuals can feel more prepared, capable, and connected to themselves.
This summer, Ness360 Psychology is excited to offer Mental Fitness Sessions facilitated by Nicole Natelson, LMSW, designed for kids, teens, and adults who want to strengthen their mental fitness and better understand what it means to feel confident, emotionally aware, focused, resilient, and connected. Whether someone is an athlete, performer, musician, student, artist, or simply looking to feel more grounded in daily life, mental fitness skills can support success on and off the field, stage, classroom, studio, or workplace.
